With New Years usually comes resolutions to be more healthy and eat healthier. Here are three healthy tea smoothie recipes inspired by the Thai, Moroccan and Indian cultures to jazz up the way you slurp up your smoothies. Exact measurements can be found below. 1.Indian Masala Chai Tea Smoothie
1 cup of black tea
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of ground cardamom
1 teaspoon of peppercorn
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 apple cut into slices
1 tablespoon of Maple syrup
1/2 cup of ice
Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy
2. Thai Iced Tea Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 tablespoon of Maple syrup
1 cup of Thai black tea
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of Coconut milk
Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy
3. Moroccan Mint Tea Smoothie
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup spinach
1 cup green tea
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup Almond milk
Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy
